Gastronomy Diagrams 

Below chart shows the molecular structure of flavor compounds and how they interact with our taste receptors. They can include complex networks of molecules linked to specific taste sensations. 

    In the 22nd century, the extreme stress of modern life led to the destruction of taste buds, leaving only a few sensations intact. The ability to discern flavors is becoming increasingly challenging for future generations.  We have taken the initiative to identify five primary tastes and educate individuals about proper nutrition.
